If I wanted to make a max skills build, what would that look like?

So, I want to try something crazy.

I want to make a build that has as many +x to universal skills as possible. So far, I know I need 3 epic lives for +3 to all skills, 3 artificer lives for +3 intelligence based skills, bard for +4 to all skills, Harper for +3 skills and Dark Bargainer for another +3. Am I missing something, can anyone think of any other sources for skill boosts?

Honorable mention to Inquisitive for Action boost: Skills.

Dark gift Echoing Soul gives you a bunch, 19 if I'm not mistaken. It's a fun little thought experiment, but nothing that makes sense to play.

So I am thinking of going 12 Rogue / 6 Bard / 2 Warlock, getting my damage from Inquisitive and Harper, healing from sustaining song, and taking vampire form from racial tree. Going full intelligence.

So that's a lot of skills points to spend every time I level up, plus 6 from past lives, 4 from bard, 4 from GH, 3 from Harper, 18 from Dark Bargainer, +10 from epic levels for a total of 57 to all skills (+6 skills boost).

Edit: Shiradi: Good Luck (+6), Jack of All Trades (+6)

Any way to get that number to go higher?

Greensteel items with skills bonuses? Lots of farming tho.

+8 Supreme tome gives +4 to all skills

Various Favor rewards give + to specific skills

gear wise, Legendary Greensteel gives +22 comp +11 insight and +6 quality to all skills of a specific stat (all int skills for example). So you can have 6 LGS items to get that on all skills. Then you'd need some for of exceptional bonus (iirc you can get up to +10 exceptional to a set of skills, aka: astute. I don't recall if there are exceptional bonuses for every skill though). There are some artifact and profane bonuses via sun and moon augments, but only for a small selection of skills.

I can't access any of those items, I can get a +8 tome from favor, and maybe Cannith craft some skill item, but that's it. So it seems I am going to have to be happy with 57 to all skills, which you know, isn't bad at all. This life I will finally succeed in all those skill checks! XD

Run as a human (or PDK). No only do you get +1 to skillpoints, you have access to the human enhancement tree - skill boot, skill focus and skill mastery. Also, the master's gift and epic master's gift give skill bonuses.

Morgrave Skeleton Key gives +5 luck bonus, which beats either Gift

GHero gives another +4 too and that's easy to get

Dark Bargainer gets +18 to all skills through Echoing Soul, which beats human's +1 skillpoint by a lot Master's gift gives +3 luck bonus, which doesn't do me any good as I am already getting +6 luck from Shiradi.

GHero gives another +4 too and that's easy to get

I made a very stupid build a little bit ago with the soul purpose of having a ridiculous amount of skills while never missing an attack.
It is downright stupid (so don't play it), but maybe it can give you some ideas.

I didn't worry about the dexterity skills that much, because half-orc can lockpick with their face.
