That's always my concern every time I claim something; that lag (or whatever) will cause the claim to go sideways and error out. My advice would be to grab a video clip of the error occuring as you talk (or screenshots if you can't do video) and attach that with a ticket so they can see what error you're referring too. Not sure if that'll help them do what's needed but might help.I got a response from DDO on my ticket...they told me
To acquire the item, speak to Violet Peregrine in the Eberron Hall of Heroes. First, select "I would like to claim a new reward", then speak to Peregrine again and select "I need help with something else", "I'd like a copy of a VIP cosmetic", and then select "Lightning Trail".
Of course I did step one and got error and can not do steps 2 and 3....like I told them in my Bug Report.
