Impregnable Mind Rank 3 not giving no fail on 1 Will saves

Just as the title says, rank 3 is not working as intended. :-(
When the epic destinies were revised, it was confirmed by SSG that the original no fail on a 1 if your saving throw was high enough to make the safe still was in effect just not properly listed in the ability, i have yet to have an issue with impregnable mind.

Can you please expand on where you had it bug out, what were your will saves and what content were you running at what difficulty when the failure happened?

Well my will saves are around 100, and I have a a bunch of spell bonuses on top of that, and bonuses vs enchantment on top of that, so when I see 1 + 140 and get danced by a dancing ball, I'm pretty sure that the no fail is not working. :)

(Note, not the exact numbers cause checking the forums while at work, but close enough. I have seen multiple saves in the same content on 2+, but fail on 1)

I can do things others can't...
Tested this just now and can confirm there is no "No Fail on 1" for Will saves.

However, I will need to point out that this effect has been bugged since the new Epic Destiny release and as far as I am aware, so this isn't a new issue. Most don't notice it's missing (no Fail on 1 for Will) because you're usually picking this on a DC caster, so usually out of range to be impacted by any such effects, or have other sources of Immunity to compensate and thus never notice either.

:: edit ::
For confirmation of effect: The Will Save bonus of +2 each rank is applied, so +2, +4 and +6 to Will saves. However, it is missing the "No Fail on 1" effect for Will saves when your total Will save + Save roll is equal or higher than the DC of the effect. So any changes to add the "No Fail on 1" to the effect to make it complete.

:: further edit ::
Have also confirmed there is no "No Fail on 1" being applied to the other two saves either. So this "No Fail on 1" wasn't accidentally applied to a different save. It's outright missing.

From what I recall, it initially worked, but they redid Magus after the initial release to make it more interesting. I suspect that is when it broke, but it's been awhile since I have been on it.

Not what they said at the time of the epic destiny change, but not surprised at all.

They just dont get it, i know three long time players that quit the game permanently in the last month.

They break things like this and then they go and fix things like swim at your own risk, the players i know that left literally said to me that they despise SSG and will never play any games associated with them.

I am with the OP, would love to hear an explanantion from SSG as to why the third rank ability was removed?

Well, there are probably 100+ such things in DDO that do not work as advertised. This is sadly no exception.
