I've been dealing with my launcher getting stuck at Initialing Pre Requisites almost every time I start the launcher. I have to continually close the launcher and reopen it 10-20 times before it loads up to the point where I can enter my credentials. Then once it gets past the credential screen and I get a list of the servers, they all say Down for 2-5 minutes before something updates and I can finally log in.
Someone in my guild suggested I just let is sit and wait until loads up the files, but on several occasions I've loaded up the launcher before work, I've got to work for 8 hours (plus commute) and come home to the screen still sitting there at intiallizing pre reqs
I've repeated tried to uninstall and reinstall ddo and get the same results.
I also have ddo loaded on a laptop, and that logs in just fine. (I use the laptop to do character maintenance, check auctions, sell/repair, etc, but it just doesn't have the power to raid)
I decided to just buy a new computer and got all the parts in this week. I put the pc together yesterday, got the OS loaded, loaded up ddo and signed in for the first time with no issue, I quit ddo and then relaunced it, and stuck on installing pre-reqs. I tried a dozen times with the same issue.
I ended up blowing away the partition, reinstalling windows 11, reinstalling ddo, and same deal.

I tried a fresh install of windows, installed ddo, then copied all the files from the laptop over the directory on the desktop, but the game wouldn't launch.
I just finished my 11th fresh install of windows and I'm out of ideas to try and make this work. If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to trying them.
