INT 18 (or at least enough to max haggle)

OK, looks like there may have been one or two changes since I made up that build.
Let's update the instant haggle bot with more traditional Bard levels and make use of the free Dragon Lord Fighter archetype.

Alignment: Any Non-Lawful
Use free Lesser Heart of Wood to change to Dragon Lord Fighter archetype.

Dragon Lord 1/Sorcerer 1/Bard 13

Start Abilities
CHA 18 (then increase at each level)
INT 18 (or at least enough to max haggle)

Max Haggle on each level except sorcerer
Max Perform (or at least 15)
(Can boost other social skills for Refugee Toll harbor guard xp and item before level 5.)
