Late to get a full understanding of this... but been a VIP since inception. Appreciate the help and apologies if these have already been answered elsewhere.
Is there a separate mount that can be claimed as part of the program or is that one of the rewards?
Can rewards be claimed across any server or should we pick a main PC/server for the rewards?

From Introducing our VIP Loyalty Reward Program!

If you look at Months 2, 5 and 8 they are a pick your choice of items, i.e. (Greater) VIP Bags of Many Things. These are server specific.
12th Month is Storm Cloud Rider Mount.
(Personally I am looking forward to the 7th month with the chance at bonus crafting material tokens.)

On the 1st of the month following your speaking to the NPC, you will be eligible to receive the 1st Month Completed Reward. On the 1st of the month after that, you will be eligible to receive the 2nd Month Completed Reward assuming you've claimed the 1st Month Completed Reward. So, speak to the NPC once per month after the 1st of the month and you will be as far along the track as you can be.

I had no idea i had to talk to anyone lol, was wondering why i'm still stuck on Month 1's reward, and its been like 3 months.

Yeah, this will be a problem for some people. Which is one of the reasons this is a bad implementation.

If the idea is to require people to log in, then auto-grant it on log in the first time a player logs in each month. And send an email a week before the end of the month with a reminder to log in to get the reward.

If I had not been reading these forums, I might have as well. There are not centered warnings, guild level icons and probably more. I never bothered with those before.

If they insist on not autogranting, then at least make it a world broadcast type tell when you log in, might be harder to miss.

Talk of a 64 bit server for VIPs may have piqued my interest in becoming VIP again despite previous comments

It recently came to our attention that there has been a discrepancy between the in-game display on the list for the VIP Loyalty Reward Program and the graphical asset display seen in our article on DDO.com listing the months and rewards. Since we are getting closer to it, we needed to align the two, and we opted to align it with the in-game display. So, the 10th month reward will be the 5 Bonus Shared Account Storage Slots, and the 11th month will be the VIP Bag of Many Things. The graphic has now been corrected for the article on DDO.com.

Is this true or once you receive it you get to keep it?
"Get 5 additional slots of Shared Account Storage while you remain VIP."

What happened to the VIP discovery boost. Has that reward been omitted?

I was also confused by this. It shows up as reward 10 in game, but it's actually month 9 and reward 10 as the first reward listed was just an sign-up reward (5 account storage spots). The Discovery bonus should still be the next reward.

Thankyou for confirming, i was getting worried than lol.
Really looking forward to the discovery boost. Lately i have been doing terrible for named item drops :(
