Is DDO Artificer closer to AD&D/2e artificer, 3.5e or 5e?

Just curious because it seems to have offensive spells from AD&D( https://adnd2e.fandom.com/wiki/Artificer ), have 6th tier spells from 3.5e and 5e and higher hp points from this editions. In AD&D, it was a Mage kit. Which loses necromancy and enchantment.

If I remember correctly it was actually based on 5e from the book Eberron: Rising from the Last War.

5th edition didnt appear until 3 years after Artificer was introduced to DDO, although there is no doubt 5th edition has influenced the game since.

I'd love to see an Artillerist archetype. It is more of a caster based subclass, which would harken back to the original wizard kit from 2nd edition. They use their infusions to empower spellcasting and can make turrets that do AoE fire, single target force, or temp HP distribution. Really cool subclass.

I wouldn't create a thread only to ask this but a question. Reached lv 15. Is DC 48 Tactical detonation and AC 64 for my pet good for this level?
