Is there any way to get the brown version of the Vampire Hunters coat that Randall Lyric Wears?

As the title says? It looks as if Randall Lyric is wearing a brown/tan version of the Vampire hunters coat cosmetic from the origonal Ravenloft expansion. Is there any way for players to get this?

I don't think so. I know you can get that hat out of Promise of Fire, though.
