Is wind stance useless?

According to maetrims builder the double strike and attack speed don’t stack with anything (just an enhancement bonus). Is this true?

While wind stance says it gives an enhancement bonus to attack speed, it in fact gives that bonus to melee and thrown attack speed.
The melee speed does not stack with alacrity/haste. I believe the thrown speed stacks, but I haven't tested it.

The doublestrike stacks with everything afaik.
