It happened again: at level 10 i realised that my toon is wrong, any suggestions ?

Once again i made a wrong toon, it took me some levels to understand that is not what i want.
Now there is no way to reset, cancel this and i must continue to level 20 to aim to the TR.

is a 3rd life toon, so i don't want to miss all the bonuses got till now .. i don't want to delete it completely.

ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

Lesser Heart of Wood.

You can redo skills, feats, appearance but you cannot change your race, gender or alignment.
After the the Lesser Reincarnation you can continue your journey with your toon from lvl 10.
If you have to change classes you need a Lesser Heart of Wood +1..+20 depends on how many levels you want to swap. Before you do that collect information how it is working cause it can be tricky and can lead to a wrong result.

If it still wont help, yes you have to lvl up to 20 and do Heroic TR.

what is a "wrong" character? Not perfectly optimal? TBH that is okay. You can lower the difficulty of quests if you can't roflstomp everything and play through it.

Simply not enjoying the playstyle? Perhaps look for groups to help you get through and enjoy the company instead of focusing purely on the gameplay.

Did you made your Con and main stat 8 and never put points into them while also taking skill feats for skills you don't use and thus it's actually difficult to do anything? Actually making a "gimp" character? Try to make friends in game and they may be willing to help you level to get onto a more enjoyable and well built lives.

Perfect is the enemy of good.

Assuming not spending any money. If you're willing to purchase from the DDO store, a lesser heart of wood let you respec most (but not all) of your current build.

I have to agree with vryxnr. It is really hard to totally screw up a character.
If you tell us a bit more we might be able to rebuild it with little effort to make it work.

Similar to vryxnr and titus ovid, the question is "What is Wrong?"

At level 10 there are still options to get to 20 to do a full reincarnation. But what those options are will depend on the current build, posting your build and asking for help to "fix it" will bring out members of the community who enjoy these types of challenges

Some options
1. Lesser Reincarnation - Keep the class levels, but start over on feats, skills and enhancements
2. Lesser Reincarnation with + - same as 1 just with the ability to switch levels (more of a challenge with multi-class builds)
3. Visit Fred - If the issue is only a single feat a visit to Fred can help fix that - It won't hurt he promises
4. Playstyle - If not already at 3 classes, using a class with a playstyle you enjoy more can help. There are many options using the 6/6/8 which you can look at adjusting to the 10 levels you have already spent
