It's about time for the Great Modron March to come through Eberron (thanks to Orcus), and leave behind a bunch of Playable Modrons, so we get some repair love.

Augment and WF/BF ans ICE builds should have that feat/skill in the racial tree. Part machines should have a build in repair system. It also should stack with the augment (difefrent procs or improved effect)
Of course ICE build got only the improved effect since they got a different racial tree
