This is what I've pieced together after looking at for a while. The entire outfit is basically a Tiamat theme made of 5 different colored dragon parts:
Gloves = green
chest/pants/helm = red (with white horns on helm)
feet = white
shoulders = blue and black (with white horns)

I really like the cosmetic tho I see 2 issues with it.
1. The helmet, which I find really cool, fits perfectly only on half orcs and PDK races. At all other races it doesnt fit perfectly and looks really weird (on a gnome for example)
2. I tried to mix the armor and the helmet with different armor and helmets but couldnt find a really good march. Same issue like with the Borderland helmet. Amazing look but doesnt fit anything else.
The Mechanical Warrior Plate helmet is the opposit. It fits to almost any armor bith in form and in color too.
In the future I'd like to see unique cosmetics which also can be mixed with other armors/helmets too.

Obviously they’re not going to release the best looking armor cosmetics for free/
I almost find this cosmetic as like a punishment garb.
