WOW! Do a search in the DDO store for Jeweler's Tool Kit and see what you DON'T find! In fact, do a search for Jeweler and wont find it either. Do a search for tool and it is way down below a bunch of crap that doesn't remotely make sense.

The search in the new store is not the best. The old store what way more accurate. Either times dont show at all or you get items that do not have your search term in the title or discerption. I have just gotten into the habit of is the categories and drilling down to what I am looking for.

The whole store is not the best. Could they make the store any slower? Feels like one crypto is being calculated for each thing you do in the store.

There is that. Way slower then the old store.
I am sure its not the case, but is seems like the more things the devs touch as of late the worse they become.
Spells, abilities, event items (potions/cookies) and of course the store have been negatively affected.

It does show up if you type Jewel but the search maintains the categorization so it doesn't show up unless you click "Gear & Crafting" category on the left side (and possibly Augment Tools sub category along the top ). Jeweler was sufficient to get rid of the Jeweled Scorpion companion item and remove the "Cosmetic Pets" Category that it was defaulting to. I am surprised "jeweler" was not sufficient for you to see it without having to deal with the categories menus.


Edit: the fact that searching on "toolkit" gives Sentient toolkits but not Jeweler Tool Kits due to the inconsistent naming is also irritating.

Do a search for "tool." Then choose "Gear & Crafting" on the left side. They're in the "Augment Tools" category.

You'll find them easily.

The search function isn't as intuitive as it should be, but if you play around with it for a little bit, you'll get the hang of how to use it as well as how to navigate through the store generally. It just takes a little trial and error time.

Or it should be at least. Sigh. As a Brit, this spelling has tripped me up several times.

Yeah but the nice thing is that when you click again in impatience, it tells you to slow down, you are making too many requests. It is such a welcoming interface. /s

Its like they don't want people using it or something.
