Just noticed character is missing his +1 Racial AP tome

So I'm guessing this is from moving to Cormyr, but my main character is missing his +1 racial ap tome. He has 1 racial ap because of his past lives, but that's it, and he should have two.

I might TR at some point in the near future, but don't want to mess anything up so I should probably wait till CS gets to it huh?

Nothing. And when I go to buy a racial ap tome, it gives me the options for +2, +3, +1 to +2, and +2 to +3 - should I wait to TR? I just bought shadar kai and want to play with my new shiny.

Sounds like an issue for a Help ticket to SSG to me. Remember your help account login is your email and a separate password from your DDO credentials.

I submitted a ticket but my question is, if I want to heroic TR will it be ok with a case pending for SSG?

I would wait a few days, give SSG some time to respond. I usually get an answer within 3-5 days on any request.

A few years ago, I lost all my tome stuff after TR-ing. Stats and skills anyway, I forget if the other stuff was there. I THINK it was, because I would've noticed that and included it in my ticket, I hope...

Anyway, it took a few months but CS eventually got back to me and just gave me the points to buy a new +8 supreme tome and some other stuff, like a UMD tome I had bought. I went through my store history and took pics. Hopefully CS won't take THAT long to get back to you. I don't think tr-ing would affect your ticket at all anyways.
