Kill 10 Rats Heroic Difficulty ---Dropping Legendary Named Loot

I (lvl 19) just ran Kill 10 Rats on Heroic Normal.
The end chest had Legendary Ruined Glory(ML 31) in it.
Not a huge deal, but kinda annoying as it's a decentish drop with the blue augment slot---and can't use it hehe.
