Kobold assault and similar quests

Any description of the enemies in those quests?
Apologies for missing this question.

edit: copy-pasting what I wrote at the end up here so it doens't get lost in this giant post: A lot of these I would NOT count as "kobold assault style", and definitely not "easy to solo slightly above level" as you originally requested... but you technically can set them up for infinite farming of enemy murder. I'm sure there are other infinite farm spots I'm forgetting at the moment, but like these raids, they would not be the majority of the quest that they are in.
______________

Finding the Path is level 18, and features Humans, Quori, dream reavers, one skeleton, one golem. There "waves coming at you" is only 25-ish enemies and very slow.

The Shipwrecked Spy is also level 18, and only has attacking waves in the first half of the quest (humans), then you have to search the area to do the rest of the quest (my initial list was avoiding things like this where "a few waves of enemies coming at you was only a part of the quest and not the majority of it, since the starting reference point was "quests like kobold assault").

A Vision of Destruction is a raid, level 18 and level 32 and is devils, lots of devils (orthons, bearded devils, exploding bats, horned devil boss). This one does count for "enter, stand in one spot, everything comes to you". If you don't disable the traps, I suggest the alcove behind you to the left when you enter the main chamber so the traps don't hit you.

The Fall of Truth is a raid, level 25, and features giants, dragons, wheeps, wraiths, air elementals, and one inanimate object you have to hit with ranged attacks or spells. If you do not kill specific giant-dragon pairs at the same time (within a few seconds of each other), the revive and heal back to full. If you can survive it can be an infinite source of some enemies, but finishing it does require some action on your part (or dumb luck for the timed kills).

Defiler of the Just is a raid, level 30, and does not fit the requirements for this thread. The enemies do not seek you out at all, and going afk anywhere but the first area and final boss fight will eventually result in an auto-fail.

...

To expand on the raids where you can do infinite farming:= with no or minimal movement on your part:

Fire on Thunder Peak (raid), level 30. While the trash don't seek you out per se, they do patrol the area when they spawn, and the area is not that big, so as long as you're not on a far wall, they will find you and come to you to die. There are 4 spawn points, and it rotates in a regular pattern and timing which one spawns enemies. You do have to get the dragons past the first phase before the trash starts to spawn though, but after that you can turn it into an infinite farm for Hellhounds, Humans, Skeletons, Earth (magma) Elementals, and Salamanders.

Temple of the Deathwyrm (raid) level 30, end fight infinite shadows, humans, and dwarven skeletons... but getting there is long and complicated, and required RNG to try solo, requires at least 4 bodies to guarantee getting there without RNG

The Reaver's Fate (raid) level 14, can give you a decent amount of air elementals, but the raid also has a not hidden but not obvious time limit as well, so eventually it'll fail if you don't do specific things other than killing everything that comes to you. If AFK there is also a change you get launched into the ceiling passage and get stuck.

The Vault of Night (raid) level 10 and 22, has a great infinite warforged farm. Enter, go left, follow the only way until you get to the floor tile puzzle (will need to get past one locked door). Do either the first half of it, or the whole puzzle, to activate 2 or 4 spawn points for warforged drones, that will continuously spawn until other things in the raid are completed.

Zawabi's Revenge (raid) level 12 and 22: If you stay up top and never damage Queen Lailat, you can get infinite Gnolls (they are perched onto pof the pillars that surround the tiny platform you are on), and possible infinite Efreeti as well (they spawn on the platform when Queen Lailat telports from the platform to the far ledges). A safer strat for infinite Fire Elementals and Efreeti is to fall off the platform before talking to Queen Lailat. She will not activate, but Fire Eles and Efreeti will spawn in the lava below and attack you while down there. You will need ranged attacks/spells to hit them though, as they never close into melee and jsut fire spells at you instead.

Hound of Xoriat (raid) level 18 and 32. Infinite Demons, Beholders, Mind Flayers, and Hellhounds, but they get stronger the longer it goes on. I recall someone posting that surviving more than 45 minutes led to them winning without doing the mechanics of the raid, but that was many years ago and may no longer be the case. The respawning enemies actually do laps around the outside, so to get them to consistently come to you, you should not be in the middle, though the middle is where the hellhounds are (they respawn but very slowly), and while some enemies do come to the center too, you'll get more kills staying on the outside.

Ascension Chamber (raid) level 17. The main platform has respawning undead and quells on it (may need goggles for some of them). Raid will not complete without doing a lot of other things.

Mark of Death (raid) level 30. Similar to the Ascension Chamber, the main platform will have infinitely respawning enemies. Depending on the progress of the rest of the raid, this can include humans, vampires, quells, and beholders. Will not end without doing things in side rooms first.

The Chronoscope (raid) level 6, 21, and 32. The marketplace features infinitely spawning devils (bearded, abishai) and tieflings. Only the Abishai patrol, the rest just spawn in and stand there, so best to stand at one of the many spawn points so they aggro right away (if you plan to afk farm kills or at least not move much at all). You could potentially turn the boss fights into infinite spawns as well if you don't kill the bosses. Bloodplate is easiest if you don't kill both armorers so he regenerates a lot between waves. Razorarm tends to stay at range so just leave him be as devils and archers spawn in.

The Shroud / The Codex and the Shroud (raids) levels 17 and 32. phase 1 (portals) can be turned into an infinite farm (troglodyte, bezekira, orthon, tiefling), just make sure there is only one portal, or be prepared to run around a lot, to make sure no portal keepers spawn, or if they do, you kill them within 120 seconds of spawning so the raid doesn't auto-fail. Phase 4 (harry fight) can be turned into an infinite farm (gnolls, bearded devils) by not killing Arraetrikos (the gnolls will heal him too). Phase 5 of the legendary version can also be made into an infinite farm (drow, scorrow, fire giants, fire elementals, fire mephits, oozes, rust monsters, slaadi, bearded devils, orthons, kobolds, tharaak hounds, beholders), so long as you don't destroy the book.

Caught in the Web (raid) level 24. The optional rooms beyond the portals that are for destroying the orbs, are small and have infinite respawns, but the respawn rate is VERY slow. At the end fight, trash infinitely respawn so long as Ana is not lead through the barrier to the actual end area. Monsters features: drow, driders, dreagloth, dretch, hezrou, gorristro, glabrezu.

Riding the Storm out (raid), level 32. This one doesn't really count, but if/when you open up the side areas, there are skeletal giants that do respawn infinitely (albeit kinda slowly), you just need to stand near one of the spawn points.

The Curse of Strahd (raid) level 32. The trapped spiral staircase / tower ascent features infinitely respawning skeletons and flaming skulls. They will travel up the stairs to a certain point, so as long as you're above on of their spawn points but not too high up, infinite skellies and flaming skulls.

Too Hot To Handle (raid) level 32. Once you get to the main room, you can get infinite Forgewraiths. The spawn rate is low at first, but consistent until the puzzles are done. If never done, just need to be able to survive the environmental fire damage and the wraiths themselves. Once the puzzles are done and the Titan is active, you can get infinite Forgewraiths AND various humanoids (goblins, ogres, humans), but they ignore you and rush the lava to be turned into even more forgewraiths. Even on normal, this will escalate quickly and eventually overwhelm most anyone, especially with the evolution mechanics of the forgewraiths in this raid.

Project Nemesis (raid) level 32. This one requires some prep work, but can be turned into an infinite farm for constructors and devils (bearded, orthon, abishai). Stupidly difficult (but not impossible) to set up solo, due to the auto-fail mechanic tied to 5 puzzles that need semi-constant attention and the boss-laser mechanic to progress to the point where devils spawn (every 2 minutes or so a new wave comes in after the second boss is downed), plus possibly disabling batteries to depower puzzles. But once set up, the devils will rush you every 2 minutes, and the constructors will spawn in front of each puzzle, so you can position yourself at the one that still has power to protect and ignore the others (assuming they've been depowered).

Skeletons in the Closet (raid) level 34. You can face infinitely respawning skeletons in both the first area with the hidden runes, and in the final area. How hard, but also how fast things respawn, will vary depending on how far you advance the raid in that area.

Threats Old and New (raid) level 35. You can have infinite Fire Elementals to kill in the first room right off the bat, but you need to be able to survive the dracolich the whole time. You can technically turn marilith room into an infinite farm for dretches, vrocks, blue slaadi, and even turn the end fight into an infinite farm for fire eles plus oozes and the eruption elemental... but solo you're going to have to survive some crazy things at the same time (stacking dot when the dracolich is not engaged, etc).

...

Oh, for infinite afk farms, there is also the Spinner of Shadows (normal quest), level 16 and 21. You may have to do some of the actual quest first, but in the final phase, so long as you don't like all the fires, you can have infinite demons (hezrou, jarilith, reavers, flame eater spiders). While the jariliths and the reavers infinitely respawn in the side areas, the middle area will have hezrou spawning at a decent rate, and they will teleport to you to fight. You jsut have to also survive the immortal Spinner of Shadows wailing on you at the same time.

There is also Offering of Blood (level 11) for infinite drow, scorrow, and scorpions.

A lot of these I would NOT count as "kobold assault style", and definitely not "easy to solo slightly above level" as you originally requested... but you technically can set them up for infinite farming of enemy murder. I'm sure there are other infinite farm spots I'm forgetting at the moment, but like these raids, they would not be the majority of the quest that they are in.

I wouldn't pout Gladewatch Outpost Defense in this list since you actually have to got out and find the mobs, they don't come to you.
uuh, are you thinking about Archer Point Defense? That is the one where after a few waves you leave the keep to hunt down the rest of the hobos and ogres. In Gladewatch they all, including the ogre boss, come to you at the keep. Gladewatch also has the commander that has to be kept alive (usually by moving her to a safe spot).

Ugh, yeah, all those old quests with similar maps/tile sets blend together in memory.

Stand Your Ground (Sharn Syndicate, level 4, waves of humans afair).
Housekeeping (The lost Gatekeepers, level 3) - very few movement needed, if you only go to Thel's mind. Waves of undead.
The Thornwright (Feywild, level 5) - several waves of enemies in the Dryad room, though you need to get there first (won't take long if you know the way. fire beetles, blink dogs, ravens, elementals, lions).
Guard Duty (3BC, level 5) - need to get to the deck (no enemies on the way), then waves of pirates (kobolds, hobgoblins, bugbears).
The Curse and the Captive Crustacean (Isle of Dread, level 7) - reinforcements at the boss battle (humans iirc), though you need to pull levers and do other things to finish the quest.
Into the Mists ((the old) Ravenloft, level 10) - you can run to the gates and then wait for all enemies there (wolves, wisps, scarecrows).

Weapons shipment (Devils of Shavarath, level 19) - you need to go to the arena first (a few fights in a corridor), then it's a long fight with multiple waves of various devils.

offering of blood is pretty easy to solo if you either have poison immunity or neutralise poison and built to melee and above level
