Kobold Chaos reward bugged?

I've just ran Kobold Chaos and I noticed a huge nerf, compared to non-64 bit servers: this challenge gave me only 10% ingredient payout (compared to 24% on regular servers). My score was 2380 and I got 238 ingredients (dual-box with two lvl 5 characters, both having lvl 5 hirelings, challenge lvl 6).
Re-run at challenger lvl 7 with same toons and only 10% of score again (score: 3034, got 303 Crude Talismans).

Is this WAI for Cormyr?

This has been the case for all HC servers untill now. But only for that group of challenges (the 3+2 in that part of Cannith). The other challenges give the normal amounts like the wiki mentions. And it doesn't change what you try: solo; with or without hirelings; full group.
The only solution i found: run one of the other challenges and exchange those materials for the one you want on a 20:10 ratio.
