KoTC Ghost Touch Bugged?

Hello everyone, I was playing my pally today and noticed that I was getting "incorporeal" notices popping up as I was fighting a mob in House of Pain, but Slayer of Evil 2 is supposed to grant Ghost Touch to all weapons. Looking at my weapon it isn't listed anywhere. Is this a known bug? Am I overlooking something?

Did you have hires/summons in the party?

I did, maybe it was their attacks I'm guessing? Never considered that.
