Honestly, I'm not sure if this build is going to be any good! But sharing it here in case there's feedback. I'll be Epic Reincarnating from the THF version (Inspired by Tronko's Wood Elf Barbarian), figured it would be fun to try a VKF Barbarian for at least a life. We'll see how this build works out and report back.
----------------------------------
Summary:
Classes: 20 Barbarian
Race: Wood Elf
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Highlights:
STR: 18 + All Ability Score Increases
DEX: 14 + 3 Tome = 17 DEX for Improved Two Weapon Fighting
CON: 16
INT: 10
WIS: 8
CHA: 8
Note: You can increase/decrease DEX to account for which DEX tome you have, since you need 17 DEX for Improved Two Weapon Fighting. Then adjust CON > INT to compensate.
Feats:
Level 1: Power Attack
Level 3: Two Weapon Fighting
Level 6: Improved Two Weapon Fighting
Level 9: Improved Critical: Slashing Weapons
Level 12: Greater Two Weapon Fighting
Level 15: Two Weapon Defense (or Knight's Training, see Note #1, below)
Level 18: Dodge
Level 21: Mobility
Level 22: Perfect Two Weapon Fighting
Level 24: Whirlwind Attack
Level 25: Doublestrike
Level 27: Epic Damage Reduction
Level 28: Harbinger of Chaos
Level 30: Epic Barbarian Damage Reduction, Scion of Arborea
Level 31: Deific Warding
Level 33: Eerie Aim
Level 34: Titan's Blood
Enhancements: (*)
Wood Elf: All the cores
Frenzied Berserker: All the cores
Frenzied Berserker: Supreme Cleave
Frenzied Berserker: Blood Tribute
Frenzied Berserker: Focused Wrath
Ravager: Barbarian Power Attack
Vistani: Haste Boost
Vistani: One With Blades
Vistani: Deadly Blades
Vistani: Celerity
Vistani: Double Daggers
Ravager: Barbarian Power Attack
Harper: Know The Angles
Epic Destinies: (*)
Fury of the Wild: Quick Cutter
Fury of the Wild: Primal Scream
Fury of the Wild: Unquenchable Rage
Grandmaster of Flowers: Mantle
(*) The listed Enhancements and Epic Destinies are the "important ones" in my opinion. Because it's so easy to swap around Enhancement trees, and I'm still learning which are the most viable, I didn't want to be too prescriptive in this list.
Notes:
1. For leveling, it may make sense to take the feat "Knight's Training" and the corresponding Wood Elf enhancements to make use of Longswords, due to there being quite a few good options for named Longswords through the leveling process. At high levels, swap back to Kukris for the improved Crit profile, and go deeper into the Vistani Knife Fighter tree.
2. Is Wood Elf the best race for this build? Nope, it is not. There's some benefit to have the longsword (or Scimitar) enhancements, in which case you'd go deeper into the Wood Elf enhancement tree, and less deep into the VKF tree. Personally, I chose Wood Elf because I was ER-ing into this build, but I think Razorclaw, or Half-Orc (amongst other races) could possibly be a better fit.
