With the change to the Kundarak Delving Suit, and you needing to reaquire it to get those changes

And changes accordingly to the epic and legendary versions, I have 2 questions:
1) Can you use the Pre-U60 version to upgrade either to epic or legendary?
2) If you already have an epic version, do you have to reacquire it buy upgrading a heroic version at the altars, this is also for Epic->Legendary

I have not tested anything, but based on how the last round of new Epic/Legendary versions of these items were handled, you should be able to use the pre-U60 heroic version to upgrade into the new Epic version, or the pre-U60 Epic version to upgrade into the new Legendary version.

You should also be able to put the pre-U60 Epic version into the Legacy Altar of Epic Rituals by itself to get the new U60 version. WARNING: Please ensure you remove any augments before doing this, as they will be lost otherwise. If it isn't the Legacy Altar of Epic Rituals, it will be the Stone of Change.

If you have a pre-U60 Legendary Version, I do not believe there is a way to transform that into the new Legendary version, and you would need to acquire a new one entirely.
