This isn't necessarily everything they're currently working on, just what made it into this Lam build. Keep in mind they're also launching the raid this week, and with the Lagocalypse over the past few months they're still EXTREMELY busy.
In which case a few words acknowledging thats casters badly need help in quests and raids both would have gone a long way. The silence speaks volumes

Thanks for the update!

I will note that racial abilities such as shifter magic fang not working also impact race balance, so it would be great if those can be fixed. They broke with Myth Drannor and work on characters level 33 and below, but not level 34 characters.
Isnt that the first note under trees?

I would assume that it's both the base race's and iconic's magic fang getting this fix (but check on lam to see if works right).
1. Razor Claw: Magic Fang now has a max caster level of 20 so it no longer bugs when it hits over level 40 ahead of schedule.

So the evaluation of the design of an ability is soley basef on how "nice" it is to have? Why not make it stack 10, 15 times? Thats even more "nice", and even more to do!

In case you missed it kensei gets it too and they dont need to use shield.

To add some perspective, kensei & vanguard now gives double the defensive benefits compared to the dedicated defensive trees with similar investment and with no downside.

It is crazy power creep in the most boring way.

Reads more like they are attempting to balance and shift the meta.

im very happy with almost all the changes. the ones im not so happy about arent even large enough to mention. Thanks for the balance pass! (hope there is more, but even if no more, this is great and means I get to play with more builds)

How is giving the DPS tree double the defensive stats of the tank trees for less investment an attempt to balance?

This is a big mistake.

To anyone who supports this madness I really hope not to see you complain when they inevitably raises the mob damage to compensate.

While you are tweaking kensei please remove the greater weapon focus pre-req from weapon master or replace with a feat that can be taken at level 5 or below.

Also some of the ap costs need reducing to modern standards.

Glad to see a little balance action. Very sad to see that deathward is going the way of freedom of movement. Even more sad to see that casters aren't mentioned (aside warlocks) whatsoever, to be cast aside for the next balance patch (in 3 years+). ☹️

1. Cleave gains a +1 Critical Threat range and +1 Critical Multiplier Bonus.
2. Great Cleave gains a +1 Threat range +2 Critical Multiplier Bonus
if you are buffing the cleaves. could you update supreme cleave in the frenzied berserker tree?

Currently its
Tactical Melee Cleave: Deals +10%/+20%/+30% Damage. Attack enemies all around you. (Activation Cost: 10 Hit Points. Cooldown: 9/6/3 seconds)

Could be changed to
Tactical Melee Cleave: Deals +25%/+50%/+100% Damage. +1 Threat range +2 Critical Multiplier Bonus. Attack enemies all around you. (Activation Cost: 15/30/50 Hit Points. Cooldown: 9/6/3 seconds)

which you could then change the Blood trail ability in the same tree to be
Supreme Cleave costs 10/20/30 fewer hitpoints to activate.
