Lamordia wilderness loot

Have been farming rares for a few days now trying to get Legendary Gravekeeper's Gambeson, the medium armor. Besides the vest (2), I have pulled many (5+) of all the other types, yet zero of the medium armor.

Is this just bad luck, or is there something missing in the tables for this medium armor?

Just bad luck. Wilderness are a meh drop rate since they're only on normal difficulty and then the loot table has 7 (?) items on it, so it's easy for RNG to mess with you.
