Launcher and/or T-Land crashing???

Trying to enter Sunken Sewers, We got stuck at a loading screen, after a minute or so all but one made it in. I /quit, clicked yes to exit the game. The launcher was still running, so I tried to log in. The launcher hung. I closed the launcher and it got stuck on Loading Prerequisites. After a time, I closed it, relaunched, and it still got stuck. I did this several time, once making it as far as loading the screens.

Lag in general was pretty bad tonight, many instances of rubber banding and hitching.

Khyber has been having issues since servers came up, several times I've been stuck in place.
