Launcher not working error checking( jpg. files in different logo folders),

Launcher is very very slow

Cant logon :(

Same error on my backup pc, so its not pc specfic
Tried
"D:\Games-D\StandingStoneGames\Dungeons & Dragons Online\DNDLauncher.exe" -skiprawdownload -nosplash

But after login, game just close

Please fix this

Same here, slow loading since 2 days, very annoying.
Most of times takes more than 4mins to load, a few times just stops.
Now its not even ingame that we need patience, it is before!

Sometimes I'm amazed how zen I became facing this game after 18 years!!
Must be an improvement ^^

Yeah I have an impresive folder of pics with different error checking.
And it looks like my game crashes if it has to load a faulty logo (just had the problem entering a dimension door i a quest)

Same issue here. I got past it for a little bit by deleting and reinstalling the game completely. Now I can log in after the 4 minute wait while it tries to error check the raw .jpgs in the launcher, but it crashes when I try to enter a dimension door.

Has anyone heard anything from tech support?

Same issue... since yesterday I can't enter the game...
My brother had the same issue but in some minutes it got fixed itself
I submitted a ticket but no response yet... this is frustrating

I had this problem yesterday. I needed to reinstall the game to fix it.
It happened again today. I had to reinstall again. Repair didn't solve it.

My partner has the same problem. (It started yesterday). He also tried to reinstall the game. Same experience than Arthuvin.

I've managed to restart the client, PC and or just wait it out to get in. Each has done the trick sometimes but not every time. I haven't crashed once I'm in the game, but just had a wonky graphics glitch I'd never seen before. One half of my screen turned white and every time I turned it would jump to the other side. Logged out so I didn't have to close the client but I came back to an all white screen with a strip of the game visible down the middle. Restarting the client worked but had to wait 5 minutes while it thought about loading.

Same here, have to wait a long time (5+ mins) just to get past all the loading errors, then I can login, get to see the first loading screen, then it crashes. Tried to reboot PC, run admin, no difference.

Yes, hope SSG can fix this issue very soon

Since its On both Pc's, i rule out hardware issue

And
IF i run the download/ddolive.exe and run a repair
I can logon once,
Then next logon i get the game crashes after selecting world & play. (log from dndclient64, listed below)
So if corrupt ntdll.dll. file why is it not corrupt then?
Also tried run a repair from client
tried proxy of/on no change
tried changing betweeen 64bit/32bit client no change

on 1 pc i tried uninstall game and reinstal on another drive.
Issue continues

I found these commands to run in cmd(as admin), supposed to fix corrupt file ntdll.dll
sfc /scannow
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
But no change :(

Since a repair, fixed it temporary i do belive the issue seems to be in ddo
