Just bug reported this.
The druid survival mastery, the piercing bypass and the +1w does not work in cold elemental form nor in winter wolf form.

it is not supposed to work in water ele form iirc but it should in wolf. i believe it only works in wolf/bear forms (and it should for their upgrades

No that is wrong. Some items only work in animal form and those only work in wolf and bear form but items that says wild shape should work.

I am almost 100% certain of this as the epic hide of the fallen that gives druid survival mastery and the helm from dryad and the demigod used to not work in elemental form. Then i pointed it out to cordovan and they changed so they work.

So yes i am pretty sure it should work.

I've heard multiple reports that Bone Paws is bugged in general (in old and new items).

Not sure about Druidic Survival Mastery.

Maybe check if Druidic Stoneshape/Stone Paws are bugged too?

They fixed it. Druidic wild shape works on this item now.

With regards to bone paws it is two fold. The +w works but the peircing bypass does not.

Bone Paws' Piercing doesn't work on any item (old or new) and in any Wildshape?

That is correct.

A note is that bloody thorns and druidic survival mastery does not stack.

Also mind what the item says.

Animal form is bear and wolf - although i think dire bear and winter wolf are magical beasts. not sure about blight wolf.

Wild shape is all wild shapes.

This is how i understand it atleast.
