Legendary Electric Storm newb question + other stuff

Hey all,
With the up and coming new fighter archetype Dragon Lord, I can finaly use my Outburst, the Electric End, thanks to the immunity stripping.
Now I found the cloak from the same raid, Page Regalia: Exile Tactica. My question is, does the Legendary Electric Storm from them stack? Would they both proc?

On a side note, how does Dire Charge work with Improved Sunder and Kick? Would Dire Charge's trips and sunder attempts, be replaced with their respective improved versions?

im not sure about the first one, but if I understand your second question, improved trip is a different trip than dire charge, so they both can work at the same time. they should not be replaced

However, I was hoping for that DIre Charge will do a improved sunder / trip instead of a regular one. I assume Dire Charge does normal trip and sunder? So, would it now do improved sunder and trip, when you have those feats.
Would it also proc fury of the wild whirlwind?

as of last preview that is correct. however, steelstar said that he would discuss with the team whether it would count for the dragonlord procs. as of last preview no, but that was 2 weeks ago so anything could change by release next week

Sorry, im confused, where are you getting the immunity stripping? I don't remember seeing it in the Enhancements For the new Dragonlord.

tier 4. after sunder i believe. for the damage type that aligns with your dragon.

So just to answer your second question, Dire Charge is not improved sunder/improved trip. Dire Charge is it's own thing. They have separate timers. As noted before, Dire Charge doesn't work with the Dragonlord abilities as of last Lam. This includes the "Sunder instakill" as well as the immunity stripping, etc.

If that is not changed, you will have to use the regular sunder (or improved sunder) in order to use those abilities.

Thanks I was looking on the Wiki, and it looks like the wiki was using the release notes from the 1st trial, checked the forums on release 2 i saw them.

No. It's same AoE. But it stack with other AoE like Freezing Gale etc, if you have.

Well, that fuckingn sucks and make no sense since they are in the same raid.
It was going to be my 3 piece set bonus and profane tactics. I geuss I can still use it for that.
