This ring would be craftable and able to take the place of a piece from any one set that the Legendary Gem of Many Facets can take the place of along side also covering Legendary Diabolist set as a possibility.
Should this ring if created be restricted as an exclusive item you can only ever equip one of at a time? I would actually support that!
I am not saying make it a Minor artifact, a strong emphatic NO on making it a minor artifact!
Anyhow, someone mentioned wanting this, don't remember their name but credit to them, can edit their name in later.
