I have put in several help tickets over the last year, trying to get one of my last characters (of 19) transferred. Most of the times, I put in the ticket, carefully explaining that I have moved 18 other characters so I know the process. Then I explain that i was an early adapter transfer, so I tried transferring before being in the bank was a requirement. Then I explain that I can't see the character in the transfer window, but I also can't open him, because he is packed. This is clearly something that needs someone on their end to do something...but 3 of 4 times, I get an email saying, "Here is a link to how to transfer characters, ticket closed, we will no longer be monitoring this ticket", the other time its "We'll look into" and then I'm back where I started 3 months later.

Maybe putting it here, where there is some public accountability will make a difference. I know I'm no one special, in terms of the average player, but I have been subscribed, off and on since the game came out, have dropped a fair amount of money on it, and the very least you guys can do, since you are making us change servers, is to make sure that we can take our characters to the new server.

Still no help. Now Thelanis doesn't even show up on my transfer list...but I still have a character there. One I've had since the game released. He is still packed, and still can't go anywhere. It used to be I put in help tickets, and they said "we'll look into it", but never did. Now they don't even reply. I'm not a "Whale" but I've been playing since beta, I have 19 characters, I have subscribed most of the time since the game came out (I have taken a year or two off from time to time), and I'm sitting on 22k points. I'm missing the log rewards and anniversary rewards, because I am not going to commit any more resources to a game that makes a character physically un-playable for 6+ months, and refuses to do anything about it.

DM Cordovan with your ticket number. He was able to help get my one toon out of limbo.

You must have caught him on a good day, because just forwarded mine to the same team that has ignored my other 5 tickets, and nothing has changed, or even been acknowledged in the 2 weeks since then.

Just to give you an idea of how long it can take, I submitted my first ticket on this issue on October 3, 2025 and it wasn't resolved until February 11, 2026. Not saying that's an acceptable amount of time, but my impression is that the team working this issue had a long list of toons stuck in limbo and are working through it.
