Level 20/21 epic reincarnation gear set up

If you know them well, some are OK xp. None are stellar. Likely bad xp your first time through, although it's "first time bonus per star" rather than "first time bonus per run", so if you only get 2 stars on your first try, but 6 stars on your second run, you will get way more xp the 2nd run than your 1st.

A couple of the Eveningstar challenges across the street from Druid's Curse questgivers are decent xp, roughly 10k/min if 6 starred (and easily 6-starred solo), but I don't use any of that gear.

I once spent half an hour getting the combo I needed. It's understandable if someone gives up because they're not getting the combo they're looking for.

Wait, you're planning on doing multiple ER's before you TR or ITR? That sounds exceptionally painful. Most people only do 2 ER's at the most before they TR or ITR, due to how much the experience is reduced for previously completed quests.

There's enough xp to do 4ETRs per TR with no repeats and minimal slayers, but it's easier if you prep the legendary sagas on your first or second ETR so you can jump straight to 25ish on the 3rd, and prep them again to do it on the 4th. (Easy EE/R1 sharn, cogs, fey at cap before ETR)

Level 20 set for a Divine. It's reaaaaaaaaaaally good. I really wanted to fit in the Epic Voice, but I found the extra set bonuses to be generally better.

Borderlands has a few selectively really good pieces, but waiting the extra level, incompatibility with sets, and that only a handful are really good turned me towards a pure 20 set, with the level 15 holdovers from Sharn. One of my goals with my gearsets is to limit how much storage space I need, and being able to continue wearing 3 items helps a bunch.

For any sort of evo caster TRs, this is what I use from 20-30.

Swap the primary weapon to whatever Epic BL sceptre covers your primary spell damage type.

This set covers most of the basic spellcasting stats. It also gives four set bonuses - Esoteric Initiate, Epic Might of the Abishai, Epic Elder's Knowledge, and Epic Saltmarsh Explorer. It might not be min/max'd to the Nth degree, but it's more than good enough to easily cruise to 30 on R1+.

I put it together while running a bunch of Charisma based caster TRs, but it's good enough to work for Wisdom or Intelligence too using stat augs. Swap out the Anthem and the Feather falling (on the ring).

Well, the toon in the screenshot has +8 tomes, ship buffs and has all the past lives except Dark Apostate, Blightcaster, and Dragon Disciple so that adds some that might not be obtainable by a newer toon. However, if you use that gear set with the augs, you'd be around 60 at level 20 even without the PLs.

current gear *not in the cool spreadsheet style look: Head: epic elders cap, neck: epic elders focus, epic silver pocket watch( salt set, not good, but not sure what to put here) cloak: gossamer weave (feywild dreamer set) ring of subtle villiany, gloves delicate thimble tips,(feywild dreamer) boots greensteel conop(I dont even think that works anymore, ) epic ethereal ring(salt set) epic saltiron bracers (salt set) feyweave robe (feyweave set) cc gogs 11 int and 5 insightful 3 evo focus borderlands neg energy stick, and epic immaculet orb salt set .... lots and lots of over stats, but 3 set bonus.
Any advice on changes is welcome.

I recently spent about 4 hours one day in 30-60 minute bursts working on getting the combo I needed. I kept an eye on LFMs, grouped when something came up, and when done, went back to rerolling that stupid gem.

Never again. If I need a combo again, it gets 5 rerolls. If it doesn't happen, I'll just re-evaluate the gear setup.

Like this, rather, for my shuri-pmonk:

Abishai as second set is not best choice for GoMF. For martial Abishai set achievable from necklace +cloak +belt, for casters - neck +belt +ring. INT martial/caster is exclusion, but even for them CON necklace + cloak +ring/boots +Belt of Wicked Insanity usual is better solution.

I am not sure why you would bother with any of this stuff on a caster if you are just running R1 past lives.

The only thing you need to grab are two borderlands caster sticks + Sharn esoteric set, cannith craft your main stat and con, fill in the rest with whatever you want. It literally doesn't matter. I put my caster stats on a cloak, the con on the neck, and use black satin waist.

I never change gear until cap in epics and you can kill things as fast as you run.

I can solo R4 fine with sharn gear + borderland sticks + cannith crafted gear. If you really want to you can upgrade your stat items at 23 from 18.

A couple of +1's here and there make almost no difference leveling in epics.

Lately I've been using a 3-5 piece Abishai set, 2pc Shaman's Fury, and the 3pc Esoteric Initiate. I swap in the Borderlands Orb at 21 in place of one of my scepters. Some of the other suggestions in this thread are most likely better, but this gearset was easy to farm accidentally. If I'm on a fire caster life, I can do the sands set with Firestorm Greaves and epic Shard of Vollun or eGoMF instead.

1st of all, if someone has already worked this out, thank you in advance.

I just got back into the game, and I am going to do all my epic reincarnations. So level 20/21 gear is all that I will be wearing for lots and lots of lives. as soon as I get to 30 rinse and repeat. I am coming up with epic salt marsh stuff combined with a the borderlands. right now I am pk dark gnome, probably stay that. unless there is something that is just way better. I was trying to figure out the sands gear or the red fens gear combined with the chronoscope and just got completely lost in the weeds. I would love to maximize this gear set up as I am in a good group that will be doing (30 runs from 20 to 30") I dont think I will switch out much all the way to 30 unless there is one or 2 items during the level ups. maybe 24 and a scepter at 29?

I use a five piece Epic Saltmarsh set, and a two piece Vulkoors Might and then a 3 Pc Kundarek set with Gem of Many Faucets trinket if I can fit it in. Epic Borderlands are easy to get but not quite as good IMO.
