leveling gear, reviving a useful post from old forums

There was a very useful post in the old forums with tables of standard gear for leveling.

Thanks to Strimtom's video I am able to access it. I wish the OP would post it again but I didn't see it yet.

I'm not adept enough in the game to adequately update these docs but there are some key items that should be considered:
melee: myth of drannor has 2 helmets with summer crown which can replace that lvl 5 helm.
caster: profane spell focus mastery II https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Sacrarium_Suncatcher (isle of dread)
general: death ward clicky https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Skullduggery_Cap (saltmarsh),
I have no idea how to get swiftness 15% augment (not even from the ddo store) so boots of tranquility can be replaced by https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Blackfeather_Boots for FoM, speed and extra saves, const and resistance is then required from somewhere else/augments.
