Levers borked in some quests

Since the update, I've had a number of levers not working properly in multiple quests, Cogs and Demonweb, leaving some bugged and unfinishable. 2 out of 6 quests wouldn't complete.
Others are reporting the same with other levers.
Something is broken badly.

I just did demonweb yesterday without issue. So is there certain classes/races/builds effected? Just bad RNG with lag? Any commonality as to why it bugs?

so far, it's been others pulling the levers, and couldn't tell you what race/class etc. It wasn't at any noticable lag moments, just levers not doing what they should or advancing quest, and then being unresponsive after.

I noticed in Ruinous Schemes that the portal spawns before you pull the lever and the quest won't complete if you kill that before you pull the lever. And of course if you kill the stuff on the bottom last you are in a fight before you have a chance to kill the lever. This was on heroic so it might have been killed to quick before the objective came up - not exactly sure.

Lesson learned - it will just be something players have to remember - not ideal - but I assume it's part of the lag patches so I can live with it.

Warlock aura and bursts can break the exploding barrels in that one; found out the hard way when a guildy and I ran through it while she was getting her dark bargainer lives started recently. Not sure if anything else can, but the aura and bursts most certainly do. That breaks the sequence so that the portal and rakshasha spawns before the lever requirement is met, breaking the quest. Been like that awhile, and I know my guildy reported it.

Warlock will also break Soul Survivor's end room the same way by breaking the entire thing early before you finish the end fight. As if Soul Survivor needs any help in being broken; a good 90% of the time it breaks long before getting to the end fight.

Basically, don't play Warlock. The devs hate it like Gollum hates a Baggins.

The other thing I noticed with dark bargainer is that enemies that turn into npcs sometimes end up being npcs that keep following me and attacking me the whole quest, but I can't fight them back.

I ran Just Business on a sorc recently and Gish re-aggro'd after I downed him, so thinking the invincible NPC enemy is not specific to Warlock.

Yeah, mobs going inactive have been going on for a couple years now. I've seen it basically on every class at this point.
