The builds you find fun to play are all the good ones. The builds you don't enjoy are all the ones to be avoid. Adjust difficulty setting relative to whatever that build, gear, and one's skill supports and enjoy.

All my major builds are posted. They've all been taken into push raids, some in r10 completions. They're all 1/6 or 1/12 of the solution, but they're all S-tier for beating the harder content in the game.

This is really the only true answer. DDO is a game. Games are meant to be fun.

The litmus test is easy - "Are you enjoying the build, yes or no?" If yes, it's a winner. If no, TR and try a different one.

I agree with that, but still would prefer if I knew, whenever I wanted to play a class, there was a clear place to find a build for a rockstar character that I could easily follow. I don't enjoy making decisions. I greatly prefer it when every design choice, including gear selection, is already listed out.

The strength or lack of strength for any of them depend on what you enjoy playing, what your goals are, and other factors. What I like and do well on may not translate to others. If your only goal is to solo and think that any build that doesn't solo r10's is bad (like some people do), then I suspect my builds will disappoint. If one enjoys team gameplay, then those builds will do their respective roles very well.

I don't do builds, I just do what I like and if it's fun to play, it's all good.

Soloing is sadly something I have to do all too often so none of your builds suit me - I do enjoy the odd flavor build now and then (Chonky OS Barb was pretty fun - until everyone expects you to tank) but cant do full on support.

In fairness he said "S-tier" and not "OP" but I digress. The Eye of Sauron is ever watching and even discussing S-tier is detrimental to the community.

Such nonsense. People post builds all the time, here, on youtube etc. They are not getting "nerfed".
The only ones afraid are bug exploiters that their precious exploits they cant play without might get fixed.

Thread about good builds: Builds doesnt matter, its all about playing what you enjoy.
