It's not great if you don't have a lesser heart, but it's workable. The KOTC imbue does a lot, and once you hit epics, quick makes it easy.

Do you need to stack +Hit or is R1 fine for hitting mobs when all points are going into Con ?

Or I guess enhancements while levelling all go Str and you change to Con at cap?

This is a low life toon so doesnt have all the +Hit, +Dam, +Stats, +Everything which the multi life toons have.

You'll probably miss some, but as long as I didn't try to do LE starting from mid 20s, I don't think I was grazing above a 5 on the second life version I ran up? It was 100% terrible to level, but run by everything, smack the boss works surprisingly well through heroics.

HOrc THF Barb, with capstone/T5 FB, a bunch in HOrc, and like 21 in Ravager hits the spot for me. T4 Fury, T5 LD, usually Shadowdancer T3 but would switch as needed. Carry On + HOrc rage +Prowess works great with Adrenaline + BM, and Action Hero means 80s of full DPS (standing 70% DS).

Soloed LVoD, Dryad, and Baba on it lol (EA mantle helped a lot in Baba). Hit my first 300k without Time Stop. Tanked a fair bunch of LH raids as well, in full DPS gear. 120-140 Str, 90 Con, 4500ish HP. Screams, Blood Feast w/like 15 rages, and Dodge clickies = survivability.

Running Harper w/swap sentient adds a bit extra DPS, but I hated it so I dropped it for survivability. I had a whole row of short-duration clickies/scrolls anyway lol. More racials would obvs help, but I had 6 at the time.

Zero mention of pl grind. zero mention of higher difficulties. You are off topic. Rapid answered the effective build vagueness in their 1st, 2nd and 3rd post. 1st by sharing some wisdom and expressing the fact that playing a build that you enjoy is usually the most fun. then by referring to builds that they found effective.
At least I learned my lesson and I'll never tell anyone to play the game for fun again and will just immediately post my builds instead, oh wait... people should totally play what's fun. Speaking of fun, here's another fun build that totally got me 5k rewards on HC (I'd call that S-Tier):

Favored Soul 20, Epic 10
Neutral Tiefling

Legendary Rally is really fun, I specced for 70% DS so Action Hero is really good (80s boost), and Great Leveler was useless at the time.

Also it has a great animation and feels great to use :D other epic moments wish they looked as cool as Action Hero.

Run what you want lol, but I had good results :)

With the Great Leveler rework I'd probably try Fury T5 now, but LRally really blows up packs and doubles as a Harper Pin.

"Reaper boost crying in the corner" i kinda forgot great leveller was crap before would pref Rally too then :D curious since when is action hero 80sec? Unbridled furry just seems superior dmg wise in any way lol 30MP vs 10 extra adrenalines lol

Unbridled fury is great burst no doubt, but it lasts shorter and your adrens do more during action hero. Youre not going to make most out of all of your unbridled adrens (i.e fnf / slaughter them all); half of them are so to say "half powered". During action hero, the big ones are even better and you can have haste boost > action hero > haste boost for a combined 105 seconds of nonstop hasted attacking, which is pretty damn good.

That on top of actually recovering haste boosts back via ldt5 makes it possible to press haste on cooldown and not run out even in very long runs.
For one tap burst: yes, unbridled feels superior. For general consistent damage, ld t5 feels way better. If the boss moves, phases, or you get kd'd during unbridled you also lose a lot more compared to action hero, and it is less defensive in nature too at least for the content I run.

Reaper boost + haste boost, then Action Hero (40s), then Reaper + haste again.

30% DS and 30% haste etc etc, and sprint (if boss is moving) and like Dodge.

And don't attack the rest of the time, or like one auto between attacks? You gotta wait a moment after every adrenaline you push for it to activate lol, and with UF you either time it or waste a ton of them probs.

Not saying you're wrong, but it's a lot less clean than you're implying IMO.

I wish Adrenaline was "on next active attack" instead of current implementation, because it's pretty clunky sometimes and very easy to waste.

UF is probably better burst for like Time Stop stuff, but for raiding in general I'm not as convinced?

Idk, I'll test next time I'm on a Barb lol.

Some guilds out there are anti-adrenaline, but it’s smart to switch back and forth. Use it when it’s most useful.

For threat? -100% is pretty cheap for melees though, no?
I can't imagine why.

Threat reduction is easy to come by these days, and it makes a big difference.

Interestingly, the same group that's anti-adrenaline is also anti-threat reduction. Maybe it's a flavor-build thing.
