I've been pottering away on a wider project to document the prebuilt paths in DDO. Here's some data from that: the 28-point builds listed in this OP all start with 14 or higher Constitution.
Some of the preset builds are perhaps most suited for extra challenge (as a handicap). But, some of these builds can serve as time-saving templates for 'standard' custom builds, and some might even be ok for levelling up to 20, as mules or as proper characters in their own right. I haven't tested that far yet.
Methodology: Examined 432 preset builds on 2026-07-01, on a F2P 28pt account. I spent 1-2 minutes on each examined build. Recorded my screen while making oral and written notes.
I compared the Stats tab for each path on the race selection screen, except for Dhampir and Duergar.
Including Drow on this '28pt' list. Drow will also be included in the 32pt list, if I make one.
