Looking for the most optimized dual wield build to exist

As title says. I was the most optimized, all racial PL's, Heroic PL's and Epic PL's done, +3 Racial Tome, and nearly all Epic Books for a few extra squeezed Destiny Points for Epic Trees for the best of the best DPS Dual Wield build.

I want this build for raids, speed running through quests on high reaper, good AOE and naturally really good single target.

Appreciate any help people can give <3

Idk, 5 rgr 15 pal kukri vkf? Twf really isn't optimized for generalistic play like that, it's usually meant for single target raid specialist. If you want a do-everything build, swf sdk with chains and qc

You ask a lot. Id say EK matches your needs best. I dont see real aoe elsewhere if you want speed. Enlightened spirit is more survivable but slower.

Wiz also let's You helpless CC which amps your dps.

It’s a glass cannon but 14sacred fist/5drangon lord/1monk long swords. You can get a ton of multiplier, extended range. You can go fire stance for even more multiplier and then improved smite.

Was toying with Dhampir to capitalise on your dragon lord shout.
T5 on DL for the multiplier.
Holy sword from SF and best imbue.
Monk to get the stance and improve with feats.

Surely the highest damage dual wielding build is with handwraps... I saw a couple of builds discussed in a recent thread.

Not sure about the "good AoE" part; maybe something like:

Razorclaw 20 Dragon Disciple
Handwraps (mainly single target)
2 big sla's for aoe (I tried acid and cold which worked nicely)
Black Dragon Bolt is nice for out of range mobs
3 x TWF, precision, improved crit, quik/max/emp, sf/gsf conjugation
DD 41, 13 AP (min) Shintao, RC 17 AP, Falconry 13 AP, VKF 6 AP as a first draft off the top of my head
Epic crit, improved martial arts, esf conjugation, embolden, intensify
Perfect twf, titans, deific, epic spell spec evo +

I think I'd go GmoF, FotW and PA (Heart, thorn)

As for the answer everything's currently viable but if you want the best...

Razorclaw 18/1/1 Kensei barb fvs or kensei fvs warlock if you have a heart (last only for raids)

16/3/1 dragonlord bard rogue is probably the best all rounder (chains go brr...) amazing in quests and good in raids

otherwise 11/8/1 barb druid fvs wolf is second to razorclaw in terms of raw dps.

Personal favorite of mine is either 15/5 paladin dragonlord or 20 paladin been debating 14/5/1 paladin dl monk for the extra crit multi but locking into robes is meh and you lose 10% ds from spells. You also need to stay centered so you're locked into longswords (or sacred fist and wraps) personally would rather just get 10% more ds and get my crit multi from warhammers or dual new scimis.

Most general all around fun? RC 20 Dragonlord 36 t5 dl/41 ravager.

Most DPS? Eladrin/Aasimar Centered long swords, Eladrin/Aasimar pure monk handwraps or RC 18/1/1 barb/fvs/warlock. Haven’t DPS tested between those 3 recently to see how they compare but it’s prob close.

I think this is a great idea—you have to consider the synergy of gear as well as level splits and destinies.
The Fried fish longswords give an extra crit multi, so if you use those in Fury with a boosted threat range (Holy Sword), fire stance Master of Forms (Master of Forms and Fish swords together will add an additional 19-20 x2 crit boost) you have some strong burst damage. DL adds another overall multiplier and ofc Knight’s Training.

Downside to the fish swords is that they lack debuffers, something my guildie Bjond has pointed out. So no Ooze/Ash/Salt etc, and with the multiclassing you may not have any tree debuffer with an effective DC like monks have now. This is why I stopped using them (which hurt since they were a pill to get).
