Disclaimer: If you only care about getting Falconry, be aware you don't
have to do these raids to hit the 700 favor anymore (see below). But hey, if you can get a group, by all means go for it. It's interesting if nothing else.
I've done this raid-set all of three times, and only once did we finish the second one. Someone asked "anyone have Greater Ruin?" One person said yes. Then the Titan was dead. Apparently G.Ruin was just enough raw damage to one-shot it before the invulnerability turned on.
Does that still work? Not sure. If it does, I HIGHLY recommend that be part of your plan if you want to complete both parts for favor (again, not necessary for falconry, but why not try since you're there, right?).
If you want try to do it legit for the experience, make sure everyone involved watches a guide, prepares ahead of time, coordinates in voice chat/discord, and is prepared for it to still not work anyway. The final fight can be pretty finicky, especially with lag.
My original reason for doing the raid was also for the falconry favor unlock, back when you literally had to do every single Free Agent quest. You could technically skip exactly one quest and still meet the minimum number, which was often Titan part 2 because of the difficulty to complete.

Free Agent quests have been added that you can skip the Titan raids and still hit 700. You still need the rest of Restless Isles, all the free-to-play FA quests (including the Den of Vipers raid), and all of Demon Sands, Harbinger of Madness, and Three-Barrel Cove, with absolutely everything completed on Elite.
In my experience, DoV gets run on Hard a lot of times, which would leave you at 694 favor. At that point, one of the two Free Agent quests in the Tavern Tales pack (the only things on the list that aren't free-to-play and haven't been included in the freeddoquest coupons) will put you over the threshold.
