lvling filigrees?

I think I might start with Blood Feast.
Rare Raid Filigree of Blood Feast Frozen Wanderer +6 PRR +4 Prr (750 threads of fate)
Bloodfeast str (2 pieces of set +1 con)
Blood feast heal amp (3 pieces of set +5 PRR)
Bloodfeast con (4 pieces of set +5 melee power)
Blood feast Melee Power (which gets 5 piece set of 100 temp hp per rage)
6th slot I would throw in the rare raid Filigree of Snakebite/Grandfather's shield of +2 con +2 Prr (750 threads of fate)
I would then try and find a way to get an level 20 artifact (like an epic gem of many facets or something) into which I could slot another rare raid Filigree of Snakebite/Grandfather's shield of +2 con +2 Prr (750 threads of fate) (2 pieces of grandfather set give +5 PRR)
Open a second slot on that epic artifact, and you get some more options
With those 7 Filigrees and their sets you would get:
+6 con
+24 PRR
+1 str
+10 hamp
+8 Melee Power
and 100 temp hp per epic level when you rage
I do like Dreadbringer, Shattered device, and Ultimate fury, but the bloodfeast kinda gives a unique fun temp hp bonus that could come in handy. Barbs can always use more str, but there is a point of dimishing returns no?

I have a suckerpunch/onemustfall rare in my esos and one in my evom. So for just those two, it's +18 MP, + 4 Str. Honestly you could just throw in random +5 MP's for the other slots if you wanted and be fine. I think I have darkhallow slotted on mine for a EK/PM build I did, but that's probably not ideal.

As a sidenote: having the SP/OMF rare in evom (or gomf) gives a lot of nice versatility when you get bored of swinigng a sword and want to try other builds. super cheap to throw in 2k sentient in a CITW thing like sireth and slot a SP and a OMF to give a nice little boost with little cost.

if its Barb all day the temp hp defo handy but I think a bit more offensive from the Raid STR filigrees is better than snakebite
Blood tribute usually carries you thru everything and I feel Like Killing a dot champ fast is better than the extra prr/con

Single ML20 artifact in game is Epic Voice of the Master. It have exactly one filigree slot and cannot be upgraded to get more.

It really is up to you. Levelling 20 - 30 is usually faster than 1 - 20. People that are doing the racial grind run with xp pots so getting one epic past life would be even quicker. I also depends on your 20 to 30 gear.
Some people get tired of heroic levelling and also do an epic life to mix it up.

I usually do one or two epic past lives each racial life. With the first time bonuses, 21 to 30 goes really fast and prevents grinding them later all at once.

Classic filigrees. Just maximize melee power. You'll have so little from trees at first that it will make a huge difference; ie. Dread + OAM + Sucker. Combine Sucker & OAM via rare raid rune/s if you have threads.
Farm more SXP from IOD wilds rares every week; I was pulling ~40k?/week iirc using 2 accounts. It's actually a fairly sedate chore you can do watching a movie or whatnot on another screen. It's nice having a full 210 jewel for epic leveling as well as for your at-cap characters.
