MAJOR Bug in Cannith Crafting leveling

Found issues while crafting a lvl400 shard (sabotaging).
- a minor one : the name of the google stats 'Deft' in place of 'Sabotaging' after relog but works fine anyway.
- a major one that requires further explanations

once a shard is crafted , XP and potentially lvl(s) are gained that affect positively the 'Chance to Craft' but also the number of shards successfully crafted for one specific recipe should decrease the 'level gap' for that recipe (ie: effective level) , thus increasing the 'Chance to Craft (that recipe)'.

for the unbound lvl400 shards , that 's not the case. (??)
I'm lvl 398 in crafting : that was my first sabotaging shard and I still have 93.33% chance to craft as for the other lvl400 recipes I never crafted.

this is vicious because that saps any chances to decrease the level gap for lvl425 recipes (insightful abilities, MRR & PRR) and to have more than 16.66% (without booster) 'Chance to Craft' with a crafting lvl at max.

As far as I know, the only things that affect your chance to craft a shard are a) your crafting level compared to the shard's level and b) using boosters. What kind of shard you craft should not matter, as long as the level of the shards remains the same.

Which was not the case with 'Effective levels'.

I'm not actively playing at the moment, but I wrote a Cannith crafting leveling plan several years ago, which includes the following statement: "Please note, though, that repeatedly crafting the same shard reduces the shard's difficulty by 1 for every two times the specific shard is crafted (and these numbers are reset on any kind of reincarnation)." So it may just be that there is no bug, only an incorrect statement in the wiki. Maybe try to craft another sabotaging shard amd see if the success chance goes up?

If you ask me, crafting unbound level 425 shards is pointsless anyway. The cost is so high that people are better off learning to craft the corresponding bound level 275 shards themselves.
