I had a problem with the Mastermind puzzle in The Key to the Mythal.
The white and grey balls looked the same.
Some of the other players were able to see the difference, so we were able to solve the puzzle.

Could you adjust the the colours so they are more distinct?
Or add messages to one of the Chat windows so we don't need the colours?

Yeah, they look very similar. I can tell the difference myself... after the first few runs, anyway. But it could definitely use more distinction between the two.

there is no difference between them on my screen with my graphics settings, I only have black or grey, (and I use a pro colour screen, as correct colour grading is part of my job).

It was already mentioned on Lammania. They might fix it if you wish hard enough or sell your soul maybe.

Oh, I didn´t know there was supposed to be a third color. I thought they were just either "on" or "off" ...

I agree; I ran it once and it was nearly impossible to tell the difference. Hpoing the devs can improve this.

We will have to look into it, the puzzle colors themselves should be identical to how it is in Gianthold, although it could be there is different lighting in the space.
It is really difficult to see in comparison to in Reaver's Fate.

Turning Post Processing Effects on in the options is mandatory to see the difference between white/gray orbs in this puzzle in MD. And even with it on, the white is faint and not the easiest to see. What a lot of players are probably running into is they are playing with post processing toggled off which from my experience makes it impossible to tell the difference between white and grey orbs. So just something for the devs to keep in mind when they take a look, if they aren't aware already.

The issue for color blind for the puzzles in bark and blade has been reported time and time again and SSG hasn't fixed it or even acknowledged it. It is however, the best troll of the colorblind ever in the game. You have to get lucky and get a dev that cares which is about 1 in 10 issues.

Yeah, there's only a VERY faint glow around the sphere, it's really hard to see. The sphere itself doesn't turn white the way it does in the Reaver's Fate puzzle.

I literally had to guess at how many were white and how many were just not lit. And the solver said "puzzle solved", but it wasn't, and the puzzle still had a few lines left. So I entered 1-1-2-2 again and this time guessed the whites differently and solved it on the last line remaining. LOL.

I just did Reaver's Fate, and they are clearly white in there. The MD version the orbs stay grey, with a very faint white glow, so it is clearly not identical.
