Maximum Racial, Universal and Epic Destiny points

I am planning to TR to get my main character Racial Completionist again. Just checking I am not incorrect or missing anything.

1) I believe there is 16 races that give a racial action point? Plus you can have a +3 tome maximum from expansions/store. So 19 'free' Racial AP's?

2) It is possible to have +3 Universal action points from expansions/store?

3) What is the maximum Epic Destiny points for a level 34 character with all the Epic Past Lives? When I was playing last, I think some people had a couple more than anyone else somehow.

Thanks,

You are correct. That is why there was a change made and you can no longer do Epic TR's after completing each 3 times.
Yes on all of th ebove.

Yes that bit is a pita in certain circumstances. Why they can't just add a Epic Past Life "This does nothing" I don't know, in case you want to hang with guildies who ETR for example.

The maximum Epic Destiny points for a level 34 character with all Epic Past Lives, +3 Fate Tome and all destiny point tomes is 83 currently.

Because at that point you have "won" DDO, so it is now time to create another character, buy tomes and pots and contribute to the profit cycle!

What is the difference of running quests for pointless Feat instead of pointless Xp? Am I missing something?

A benefit to being able to Epic Reincarnate even if you already had all of the past lives was that it was essentially a free lesser reincarnation, so if you wanted to change a bunch of feats and/or how you spent ability points, etc. it was a cheaper way to do so rather than doing a full TR or buying a lesser heart from the ddo store.

Yep 19 racial points, 3 universal and 80 normal, 102 in all.

Then 83 Destiny points. So you can hit tier 5 in one ED (probably ~35-38ish points) and still have enough left over for 20+ in two others, essentially getting 12 total cores. I think first lifters get ~67 or so, so usually are looking at the 3rd ED only getting to the third core, so probably 11 cores.

Undeniably a big power bump from a first lifer but considering the time (or money) investment it's not unreasonable.

There was a bug (it probably still exists but has been made irrelevant for now) where some folks had an extra fate point (which was just enough to result in an extra destiny point). When machrotechnic came out, it evened out the playing field for everyone having the same number of max destiny points.

This has been brought up and hashed out in multiple old forums posts since the ED revamp without dev response https://forums-old.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/537688-Maximum-Destiny-Point-Bug Back during the ED revamp lams, the point differences between various total completionists (all destiny/fate tomes) was all over the place; it was only a 1 point difference when it went live. 73 should be the correct number while those with 74 have an extra fate point from some source that isn't supposed to be giving one. Odds are any fix will knock those from 74 down to 73 and not award us extra; we'll likely have to wait until the level bump for more DP to spend (and we can either be jealous of those with 74 points in the meantime or happy for them that they get to enjoy the perks of a bug).
