Missing epic destiny point

Hi all, shortly after the servers came up today I did an epic reincarnation, which gives me epic completionist and 20 permanent destiny points. After the reincarnation all seemed well. I logged out for a while and when I came back I had 19 permanent destiny points. Is this something people have seen before?
