Mist Bottles and Frozen Mist Bottles

Is anyone else having issues with these bottles not working?
When I try to use either of these bottles I get the error message:
"you do not own the necessary content to perform this action"
But I do own all of the expansions.
I have submitted a ticket a couple of weeks ago, but we all know SSG's response on tickets.

By owning all of the expansions do you mean owning all of the ultimate versions via the DDO market?

Did your character(s) talk to Olkresh or Rex'nall in the Eberron Hall of Heroes?

You can only use them if you got them from the Ultimate Fan Bundles or the Escape to Ravenloft bundles that were added recently from DDO store.

Sure, but how else would you get one? If they have the item, I have to assume they did one of those two things.

Because 99% of the time this is the issue because all Expansion teleporters now show bottles of Teleport to Ravenloft/Lamordia... Not sure why you're making this such an issue.

If you own any expansion teleport clicky they still give teleport options to all the expansion locations, even those you do not have access too.

Mine does the same thing, only works for ravenloft and no other expansions.

Since there's both ravenloft and lamordia ravenloft bundles (and assuming ultimate versions or https://www.ddo.com/news/ddo-escape-to-ravenloft). You should be able to teleport to either "Blood on the Vine Tavern" or "Ludendorf City Hall" depending on which version you bought. Are both locations not working for you or just one location?

Do you own the Ultimate Fan Bundle or just the Collectors/Standard editions? Or did you buy it for DDO points in the ingame store?

If yes to Ultimate Chill edition, are you trying to teleport to other locations than Lamordia? It only works to locations you own the teleporters from.

To explain more clearly:

Bottles of Mist and other expansion teleporters were recently expanded to list every teleportation option from the various expansions that have teleporter clickies.
However, those options will individually only be available to accounts with the ultimate edition of that particular expansion.
So, for example, let's say I have the ultimate editions of IoD, Ravenloft, and Lamordia, but none of the other expansions. I could use the same Bottle of Mist to go to the Isle of Dread, Ravenloft, or Lamordia without having to have three separate items to click on.
However, if I use the Bottle of Mist and click on Feywild, Sharn, Saltmarsh, Myth Drannor, or Morgrave University I would get a "You do not own the necessary content" error message, because I do not own those specific expansions.
When they changed the teleportation items to have the list of teleports, it meant you don't need to carry one for each expansion you own, but it did not make the criteria for being able to teleport to each location different- you still need to own the specific Ultimate Edition for each expansion that grants the teleportation benefit.
