That is probably because you recently transferred and/or copied to Lamannia. You wouldn't get banned without warning or reason.

Yes. I am aware you transferred last week but sometimes that happens even past the transfer date.

Now, on the off chance that it wasn't because you transferred and they actually suspended you, tough luck.

Stopping payment to SSG or asking for a chargeback on your credit card means instant game account suspension.

Better get a hold of Customer Service if you ever want your game account back.
