It wouldn't have Chains AOE attack though. Going Vistani for Rapid Slash would also lose the max crit potential of handaxe.
Is getting Cleave/Greater Cleave, Power Attack the way to go?

if you're just doing 15 to 30, not sure it's going to matter trying to optimize everything. handaxe falls off in epics because choices aren't great. yes, if you did SK instead of AS, it would be better, but with AS doing skullsmashers or whatever, it'll level fine in R1
