Disagree to agree to disagree. The OP of this thread said they reported the person. Reporting people for things that are not violations could be seen as abusing the system.

Agree, SSG should give one warning and then take action if it happens again. False reporting is bad for the community and a waste of resources for SSG.

Disliking someone that is following the rules is not grounds for reporting a person.

I would like to point out that there is no reason to assume a person spent money on the alt accounts, unless you see them running around expansions at release.
Before the free codes, 99pt older expansions, and free expansion it was a lot more likely that some money was spent.

That being said, multi-boxing is directly supported by the launcher, and there is nothing limiting the number of accounts or requiring that a player spend any sum of money for those accounts.

Odds are that within a quest this is also the case, as its likely that the player is effectively hacking the server or his client code to do it. I'm wondering if the appearance of this individual is a coincidence with the heavy lag I was suddenly experiencing?

Odds are, you don't really have any idea what that player was or wasn't doing and are just being a busybody.

Crystal Cove is the reason you have lag. Well, that and just that the game and servers are laggy garbage in general but any of the events make the lag worse.
