New Raid Weapon upgrade Bug found

Hello All,

I have run into a very troublesome bug with the new upgraded Raid weapon Ignition, The Fear and the Flame.

I have added the unleashed storm to my weapon pictured below and found that the paralyze effect can actually apply to other players when healing or buffing them. As a tank player who relies on using AoE heals it concerns me that a heal could paralyze a player at a crucial moment.

While it was funny the first few times when it strikes during a boss fight it can be a big problem.

I don't know the proc rate is, I just know it's high enough to be a concern

I bet you were the one who was standing in Korthos and summoned a Legendary Dino (raid necklace) which was attacking lvl 1-3 players ???

What do you mean "the one" there were many people doing this! Cruel Cruel . What a way to invite those new players to enjoy this game.
