Newbie Question!

Heya friends!
I am fairly new to DDO itself and I purchased the Vecna Unleashed ultimate bundle to get some goodies along with the expansion.
Now I see things like the steed and pet have been confirmed via chat and sent directly in my inventory, but where do I find the other stuff like the hireling / tome / teleport ect?
I am a bit confused and overwhelmed. Any Info and help would be very appreciated

Find and talk to this NPC to claim your bundle items:

You can access him in the Hall of Heroes in the Marketplace of Stormreach, just open your map and hover over icons until the tooltip says "Hall of Heroes" and go there, then search for that NPC inside.

Be aware that the Character Bank upgrade in Vecna Ultimate is for ONE CHARACTER ONLY. Once you collect it one time on any character on any server - that's it. No more. If you delete that character or it's on a different server than you want to be main on - too bad.

Don't collect that bank space until you are 100% sure where you want it to go. It has no timeline for collection.

That also means don't click on the "I'll take everything" option.
