No lantern XP for mist walker kill.

Didn't get any XP for Mist Walker kill.

Was Abomination with his team and also summoning rotating totem skulls. Backed up while fighting team and left the 'mist' effect temporarily.
Returned into mist and killed abomination but didn't get lantern xp, despite being at point blank. Is this intended behavior?

The only thing I can think of is that you might have been too high/low level for the XP. Know that you have to be doing quests near level to get XP for the lantern and your lantern will require that only quest of a certain level will continue to provide XP (some even needing you to be running level 24 ish quests). You probably already know that and what you are talking about is a bad bug, but without more info I don't think they can figure out what is wrong.

Yeah, it is not reproducible. I was within 2 of quest level, but was during heavy lag before the reset (inventory couldn't be interacted with). Lantern animation didn't show on kill and got no xp.

I have since completely left a quest after mist spawned and reentered and still got lantern xp. So leaving mist zone not obvious culprit.
