No saltmarsh VIP tickets nor alabaster lioness

Characters on Cormyr are missing their saltmarsh VIP tickets in their inventory. On HC seasons, they'd be missing them and would later get them when they moved to a non-HC world. But as Cormyr is just a new server with an event, shouldn't they be awarded to characters?

I think on HC seaons, people didn't receive one of the old pre-order pets too but I don't have those to know if they're bugged on Coymyr too or not. (edit: someone mentioned elsewhere that the alabaster lioness isn't appearing on characters)

I received Elieri but not the lioness, rolled the new toon at level 4. Cannot comment on Saltmarsh as I bought it from points.

Can confirm did not get the Saltmarsh VIP ticket (Got all others) rolled a 1 and a 4..

I've seen some coffer rewards on other characters but was unable to get mine even after talking and relogging, so I'd expect it to be some sort of bug and I'm hoping these all get fixed with a hotpatch on Wednesday.

No Alabaster Lioness is clearly a bug from having unhelpfully modelled Cormyr on HJqardcore.

I've seen some coffer rewards on other characters but was unable to get mine even after talking and relogging, so I'd expect it to be some sort of bug and I'm hoping these all get fixed with a hotpatch on Wednesday.

I got my coffer/expansioms (mounts/etc.) rewards on day 1 but not my saltmarsh ticket. So while I hope they both get fixed; they're also likely seperate bugs for SSG to look into.

Did it not appear on log in today? I believe that one was one of the fixes they said got done with the downtime earier.

We are still investigating the wider issue of some creature companions and mounts not appearing for some players, but we were able to identify the Alabaster Lioness as having a different reason for non-delivery, and we were able to correct it (we think) for everyone during yesterday's downtime. I am now seeing the certificate populate in my character inventories.

I resent having to fill out a CS ticket -- separate login and all. CS really needs to be reachable In-Game again :(
