29th of Juli I packed multiple characters on 2 servers in order to transfer them to Thrane. I managed to pack them but when I transfered them to Thrane only 3 of them went through. The main characters did not. Getting an error when transfering that the transfer did not go through. I opened a ticket asking for help but no answer has been given so far. Yesterday I tried to transfer again from another server. First I transfered a character to Moonsea with the shared bank with success. Then I packed brand new lvl 1 which I gave some items and tried to transfer to Thrane. Again an error. Made an new ticket which I am still waiting on response. Others here who have the same problem? Error msg is:
